Every order takes 3-10 days to ship. Client will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when the order is processed. (On high season this time can change, but we always give updates via instagram story). 

We are not responsible if client entered an incorrect address. If the package is returned, shipping cost will be charged again to client.

Once the package is already shipped we aren't responsible of it and we have no control of how many time takes to arrive.


If client needs to return an item that was processed correctly, the client should contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM or the contact e-mail within 5 days. Client is responsible of shipping costs and we don't make refunds, we'll give a credit on the store or exchange it for another piece.
