We are not responsible if client entered an incorrect address. If the package is returned, shipping cost will be charged again to client.
Once the package is already shipped we aren't responsible of it and we have no control of how many time takes to arrive.
RETURNS
If client needs to return an item that was processed correctly online or in store, the client should contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM or the contact e-mail within 5 days. Client is responsible of shipping costs (if purchased online) and we don't make refunds, only exchanges for another piece.
